Refund and Returns Policy

At KPerfume.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order only if the packaging is unopened and the product is unused.

  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

2. Fragrance Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the fragrance you selected, we offer a one-time exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The customer is responsible for delivery/shipping charges related to the exchange.

  • The original product must be returned in its original, unopened condition.

3. Valid Reason Required

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if they are based on a valid and genuine reason such as:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged (please provide photos)

  • You’re unsatisfied with the fragrance and wish to exchange (conditions apply)

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange request if we find that the reason is not valid or if the product has been opened or used.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order:

5. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Products returned without a valid reason or without prior approval
